Doris Banks has over 30 years of hands-on experience in customer service and sales. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Massage Therapy Instructor, and Licensed Cosmetologist, with a diploma in fitness and nutrition, who has spent more than seven years in advanced technical training with international shin care specialists in New York, Chicago, Pittsburgh, California, and Texas. Doris was able to assist in the development of the beauty centers at Foley's Department Stores by managing, recruiting, and training staff for 19 salons on products as well as service standards. Doris's focus has always been on customer service because without customers you have no business.

Currently, Doris is the owner and operator of Total Body Care. For the past 19 years, she has been specializing in Massage Care, Skin Care, Hand, and Foot Care as well as All Body Details.
